「韓式醬燒豆腐」


材料:-
硬豆腐/板豆腐.........300g
已烤白芝麻..............1/2茶匙
青陽辣椒(切細)........1/2隻
鹽..............................少許


調味醬汁:-
水.............................1/2杯
蔥(切細)...................1棵
韓國醬油..................1.5湯匙
韓國辣椒粉..............1湯匙
糖.............................1.5茶匙
蒜蓉.........................1茶匙
芝麻油.....................1/2茶匙


做法:-
1. 硬豆腐切塊,撒少許鹽於豆腐表面,漬約10分鐘後,用廚紙擦乾水份。
2. 將所有調味醬汁混合拌勻備用。
3. 熱油煱下豆腐,煎至兩面金黃,然後下調味醬汁入鍋,以小火煮至收汁,最後下已烤白芝麻和青陽辣椒便可。


小貼士:-
喜歡吃辣的朋友,可把辣椒粉增至1.5湯匙。
